Each bedroom at King’s Ocean features a private bathroom, a king or queen size bed and television. One of the 5 bedrooms is in its own private apartment with a full kitchen. The home features a newly remodeled kitchen with commercial grade appliances and capacity to prepare wedding or special event meals. Directly off of the kitchen is a 12 person dining table and open seating area. A den on the main floor allows guests a secluded place to watch movies on a 50 inch screen. The entire living area is equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix access. While the house has dozens of windows to allow the fresh island breeze through, each room has a separately controlled air conditioner to guarantee a comfortable stay. There are two decks overlooking what many consider to be one of the best views on the island. The third deck offers a pool and multiple sunbathing chairs. On the pool deck guests can find a pool room fully equipped with beach and pool equipment from towels and beach chairs to boogie boards and snorkel gear.
